Takaya Shinozuka established Loco Partners, Inc., where he launched a hotel reservation service "Relux" in 2011. In 2017, he joined the KDDI group by M&A as the youngest president of subsidiaries. After leaving KDDI in March 2020, Takaya established Reiwa Travel, Inc. in April 2021, which raised 2.25 billion yen as a seed round in June, and is currently expanding its outbound travel business with the mission "Designing a newt travel experience.”

Hiroshi Tamura joined the human resource department at Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2007, where he established employment systems for domestic engineers for Indeed, Inc., and IT specialists for Recruit Co., Ltd. After he successively held posts of the hiring manager and the head of corporate development, he also established a human resource consulting company in 2020. Hiroshi joined Reiwa Travel, Inc. as CHRO in April 2021, where he took the chair of one of the board members in June 2023.

Hiroki Ukeda joined Loco Partners, Inc. in 2018, where he was responsible for launching a new private lodging business, featuring 600 properties within a year and earning the company’s MVP award. He later served as the leader of a seven-member sales team in East Japan, engaging with major international hotel chains in the Tokyo metropolitan area. In April 2020, he co-founded TASTE LOCAL, where he led growth. In 2021, Hiroki joined Reiwa Travel, Inc. as Executive Officer.

Yuuki Ohki joined TV Asahi Corp. in 2003 as a broadcaster and appeared in a lot of TV shows, such as "GetSports," "Yajiuma TV," "Cream Nantoka," and "Super J Channel." After leaving TV Asahi Corp. in December 2021, Yuuki joined Reiwa Travel, Inc. in January 2022, where she was in charge of social media promotion to get customers' recognition of the company and the service. She has been in her current position since April 2023.

Shotaro Magara joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2010 as a new graduate, where he worked as an engineer on a wide range of projects, from developing new businesses to large-scale enterprise systems. He later led a development organization as development manager, overseeing the launch and growth of a SaaS product. In October 2021, he joined Reiwa Travel, Inc., and in April 2023, he was appointed Executive Officer & VP of Engineering (VPoE), where he focused on building the engineering organization and developing the company’s internal automation platform. In October 2025, he assumed his current role as Executive Officer & Chief Product Officer (CPO).

After leading the development of RMS (Rakuten Merchant Server), one of Japan’s largest e-commerce platforms, at Rakuten, Inc., he joined Recruit Co., Ltd. There, as VP of Product Development for major promotional services such as Jalan, SUUMO, and Hot Pepper, he drove a wide range of initiatives from launching new businesses to growing existing ones. He joined Reiwa Travel, Inc. in April 2025, and in October 2025, he assumed his current role as Executive Officer & Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Yuki Hamada established CYBRiDGE Group Corp. while in The Faculty of Science and Engineering at The University of Tokyo, and he engaged in contracted development, M&A, the establishment of new businesses, etc., as the vice president. After leaving CYBRiDGE in October 2014, he joined Mercari, Inc. in December, where he took the chair of an executive officer in January 2015 and became one of the board members in March 2016. As CPO, Yuki was in charge of products, technology, and R4D, a research and development organization in Mercari, Inc., until he became CINO and left the company in July 2021.

Shoma Okazaki joined Nippon Express Co., Ltd. in 2005. From 2012, engaged in quality assurance and safety promotion at Skymark Airlines Inc., followed by internal audits, J-SOX compliance, audit support, internal control, and IPO preparation support at the Audit Office and Internal Control Promotion Office. Since 2020, serving as a full-time Audit & Supervisory Board Member at Atlas Technologies Co., Ltd. (current position), contributing to the company's IPO in 2022. Appointed as a part-time Audit & Supervisory Board Member at AirX Inc. since 2023.
